To start off the blog, I'd just like to say thanks to all who have showed support to the site, for visiting and commenting and all. People from 8thcivic.co [...] ]]>So instead of the home page being the real "Home" page, I thought it'd be better if I made the main page the blog. I thought it would be boring to see the same old stuff in the home page so I made a blog. It will pretty much be a photoblog. I'll attach my latest pictures and new photo toys etc etc..

Just an update, I don't have the Nikkor 18-70mm anymore (some may have noticed my Gear section has changed. Long story short, the first D80 I purchased had some dead pixels (really obvious ones too) so I returned it along with the lens. I decided to buy just the D80 body only and then bought the Tamron lens to go along with it. So far, I'm a much happier camper. The new body has a couple of dead pixels that doesn't show up in day to day photos. The lens is performing like a champ (I must have got a good copy).

Keep an eye out, I'll post some of my latest pictures from the Ottawa Tulip Festival soon!
